KOSIG DUNAV INSURANCE COMPANY was established in 1991 as a joint stock company and two years later was joined by DUNAV INSURANCE COMPANY, the Belgrade‘s branch in Banjaluka. Until today the Company has issued three emissions of shares. The Company has been registered as the Shareholding Insurance Company with headquarters in Banja Luka.

The biggest shareholders is DUNAV INSURANCE Belgrade - Serbia, with 68,40% of shares.

All available capital is obtained through shares, so that there is no state owned capital. The Company has been managed by Board of shareholders with 7 members and Assembly with 25 members.

According to research of Finance Central Europe (London, U.K.), Kosig Dunav Insurance is the best Insurance Company in Republic of Srpska.
